About the role

  • Technical support for a fixed service area in a variety of tasks.
  • Commissioning, maintenance and repair of gaming and entertainment machines.
  • Management of an assigned customer base.
  • Handling cash collection duties.

Requirements

  • Successfully completed vocational training in electronics, information technology, or radio and television technology
  • Practical work experience as a field service technician, ideally in the gaming/arcade or vending machine industry
  • Knowledge of communications and network technology (Ethernet, cabling and components such as switches) is desirable
  • Outgoing, service-oriented personality combined with a responsible, reliable working style
