About the role
- Technical support for a designated service area
- Commissioning, maintenance and repair of gaming and amusement machines (including slot machines)
- On-site support for all technical queries
- Tasks related to network technology
- Performing cash collections
- Receive daily work orders digitally and support a dedicated customer base
Requirements
- Successfully completed vocational training in electronics, information technology, or radio and television technology
- Professional experience as a field service technician, ideally in the vending and gaming machine industry
- Knowledge in communications and networking (Ethernet technology, cabling and components, e.g., switches) is desirable
- Outgoing, service-oriented personality combined with a responsible working style
