About the role

  • Technical support for a designated service area
  • Commissioning, maintenance and repair of gaming and amusement machines (including slot machines)
  • On-site support for all technical queries
  • Tasks related to network technology
  • Performing cash collections
  • Receive daily work orders digitally and support a dedicated customer base

Requirements

  • Successfully completed vocational training in electronics, information technology, or radio and television technology
  • Professional experience as a field service technician, ideally in the vending and gaming machine industry
  • Knowledge in communications and networking (Ethernet technology, cabling and components, e.g., switches) is desirable
  • Outgoing, service-oriented personality combined with a responsible working style
