About the role
- SAP Consultant supporting SAP CS and SD modules for MERKUR Group. Engaging in modernizing service processes with SAP CX-Service and FSM.
Responsibilities
- Support the team in maintaining and further developing the SAP CS and SAP SD modules
- Introduce SAP CX Service and SAP FSM
- Support current technician dispatch solutions
- Assist in the process of implementing a new cloud-based Field Service Management system
- Transform service applications to S/4HANA
- Advise business units in defining requirements
- Develop solution concepts
- Provide training to the business departments
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training or a degree in Business Informatics (Wirtschaftsinformatik) or Business Administration
- Experience as an SAP SD or SAP CS consultant, or alternatively as a key user in Sales or Service
- Analytical and solution-oriented mindset
- Strong communication skills for conducting workshops
- Good German and English language skills (written and spoken)
