About the role
- SAP Inhouse Consultant driving the development and optimization of interfaces in SAP systems. Engage in strategy execution and migration to SAP Cloud Integration.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain and optimize interfaces between SAP systems and third‑party applications (e.g., via SAP PI/PO, SAP Cloud Integration, API Management, REST/SOAP, IDoc)
- Contribute to the further development of the company-wide interface/integration strategy
- Support the technical migration from SAP PI/PO to SAP Cloud Integration (CI) and the SAP Integration Suite
- Analyze requirements from business units and implement high-performance, future-proof integration solutions
- Take responsibility for documentation, quality assurance and monitoring of the interfaces landscape
Requirements
- Degree in (Business) Informatics/Computer Science, an IT apprenticeship, or equivalent qualification
- Solid experience in interface/integration development in the SAP environment (e.g., SAP PI/PO, SAP CI, ABAP, Java)
- Knowledge of modern web technologies and protocols (e.g., REST, SOAP, OAuth)
- Ideally experience with SAP Integration Suite and cloud technologies
- Good German and English skills
