About the role
- Developer creating innovative solutions in Java & SAP BTP for projects. Engaging in the full development lifecycle while optimizing existing systems in an international context.
Responsibilities
- You develop and implement CAP applications on SAP BTP.
- You accompany the entire development life cycle — from conception and implementation to rollout in the context of Java and Jakarta EE.
- You optimize and extend existing solutions with innovative features and integrations.
- Together with your team and business units, you analyze requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
- You design and implement interfaces between SAP and non‑SAP systems.
Requirements
- Completed IT training
- Degree in (Business) Informatics/Computer Science or comparable qualification
- Solid knowledge of Java / Jakarta EE
- Experience with SAP BTP development (CAP)
- Knowledge of Node.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular, HTML5, CSS or JSF/JSP is a plus
- Good German and English skills
