Responsibilities
- You develop our backends with Python and build robust, intelligent solutions that make our products better every day.
- You run our applications on Kubernetes and ensure they are stable, secure and available at all times.
- You work with Docker and CI/CD to build an infrastructure that allows us to bring new ideas live quickly and easily.
- Automation is key for you to implement tasks efficiently and reliably.
- You are involved in new projects from the start, proactively contribute ideas, experiment with new technologies, and actively help shape our direction.
- You will experience short decision paths, direct communication and real collaboration — and you’ll have the freedom not only to implement ideas but also to initiate them.
Requirements
- You have 2–3 years of experience in software development with Python.
- You have strong experience with Docker and Kubernetes and know how to operate applications reliably.
- You have initial experience with CI/CD pipelines and understand how they accelerate development.
- You have very good German skills and good English skills to communicate confidently within the team and on projects.
- You are curious, proactive and enjoy trying new technologies and continuing your professional development.
- Cloud knowledge (Azure, AWS, GCP) or experience with Rancher is a plus.
