About the role
- Requirements Engineer responsible for AI features in ERP systems at Dr. Klein Wowi Digital AG, enabling modern work in the real estate industry. Remote work nationwide in Germany with occasional office presence.
Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for our AI features across our modules — from concept to rollout.
- You will identify, design and manage AI-supported functions.
- Together with stakeholders and development teams, you will evaluate the business value of AI use cases and ensure an understandable, user-focused implementation.
- You will gather requirements, prioritize them and maintain them in close coordination with end users.
- You will analyze and optimize existing processes with a focus on automation, efficiency gains through AI, standardization and user-friendliness.
- You will maintain close collaboration with software developers, testers, UX/UI designers and stakeholders.
- You will create user stories, acceptance criteria and documentation for development and QA in English.
- You will accompany testing and acceptance of your features.
- You will communicate product updates to customers (e.g., release notes, manuals, videos) and internally across the company.
Requirements
- You have worked as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, Requirements Engineer, Process Manager or in a comparable role.
- You have experience designing, prioritizing and providing functional oversight for AI-supported features, or you have implemented projects with AI or automation components and can assess their value for users.
- You have analyzed complex requirements and translate them into structured, actionable steps.
- You are comfortable with technical topics and collaborate with software developers and UX/UI designers on an equal footing.
- You are familiar with agile methods such as Scrum or Kanban and use tools like Jira, YouTrack or similar.
- You communicate clearly and persuasively with diverse stakeholders — both internal and external.
- Ideally, you have knowledge of ERP systems or processes in the real estate or housing industry.
- You speak German at least at C1 level and English at least at B2 level.
