Junior Consultant supporting financing solutions for SMEs at REM CAPITAL. Collaborating with a diverse team to develop financial concepts and supporting clients through project phases.
Responsibilities
In addition to intensive on-the-job training, we will specifically prepare you for your future role as a consultant.
Through, among other things, job shadowing, seminars, client and technical meetings, and attendance at specialist events, you will gain comprehensive insights and deepen your knowledge.
From the start you will be a permanent team member at one of the above locations and support experienced colleagues in serving SME clients.
You will have the opportunity to gradually get involved in our corporate client service and the specialized business model of REM CAPITAL AG.
Together with other consultants, you will develop financing and grant funding concepts.
You will assist in preparing corporate client presentations, learn how to present solutions convincingly, and, in coordination with colleagues, take on initial process responsibilities.
Through your research and outreach you will help identify investment projects early and determine the optimal financing and grant solution for our corporate clients.
By taking on tasks during project implementation phases you will already assume practical responsibility and be an integral part of deal teams.
Requirements
In addition to solid banking-related training and education, you have practical experience in corporate banking, particularly in lending.
Ideally, you have already gained initial experience in analyzing and evaluating financing options for medium-sized corporate clients.
You demonstrate a strong willingness to perform and determination, and are used to working independently and in a sales-oriented manner.
You are willing to continuously develop personally and professionally.
You bring strong communication skills and team spirit and enjoy working with people.
With your good analytical skills you can quickly grasp complex issues and find pragmatic solutions.
Your entrepreneurial mindset helps you understand the needs of corporate clients and align your collaboration with their goals.
You are proficient with Microsoft applications (in particular: Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel) and use them purposefully.
Furthermore, you see yourself permanently in a sales role in corporate banking where you can optimally apply your skills in client acquisition, advisory and retention.
