- Ensure transformation initiatives are aligned, structured, and deliver sustainable value
- Drive enterprise-wide architecture strategy and multi-year roadmaps across business and technology domains
- Define and govern business capabilities, value streams, and operating models
- Align business priorities with architectural decisions
- Conduct structured current-state assessments and target-state architecture design
- Provide architectural input into strategic initiatives, investments, and vendor decisions
- Achieve cross-functional alignment across business, product, and technology teams
- Evolve architecture governance, standards, and maturity
- Clearly articulate architecture risks, trade-offs, and opportunities to leadership
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Enterprise, Business, or Solution Architecture
- Strong expertise in business capability modelling, value streams, and operating models
- Solid understanding of architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, BIZBOK, ArchiMate)
- Strong knowledge of modern architecture practices (cloud, APIs, data platforms, microservices)
- Proven ability to translate strategy into execution
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Experience working in complex, cross-functional environments
- Structured, analytical mindset with a focus on outcomes and business impact
