About the role
- Product Owner RIB iTWO managing implementation and user training for digital transformation projects. Focusing on stakeholder management and continuous improvement of processes.
Responsibilities
- Leading the introduction of RIB iTWO within the organization, including requirements gathering, conceptual design, implementation and continuous optimization
- Business analysis: identifying, analyzing and documenting user needs and deriving opportunities for improvement
- Stakeholder management: acting as the interface between business units, IT and external service providers
- Prioritizing and maintaining the product backlog in coordination with relevant stakeholders
- Supporting the technical implementation and ensuring a high level of usability
- Training and change management to support users in adopting RIB iTWO
- Quality and success monitoring of the implemented processes and systems
Requirements
- University degree in Business Informatics, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration or a comparable field
- Several years of professional experience in the implementation and support of ERP, BIM or AVA (costing/quantity surveying) systems, ideally with RIB iTWO
- Experience with construction projects, infrastructure management or facility management
- Understanding of BIM concepts and methodology and of digital construction processes (5D, BIM, ACC)
- Experience with agile methods (Scrum, Kanban) as well as process optimization and change management is an advantage
- Enthusiasm for digital transformation and willingness to actively participate in transformation processes
- Strong communication and persuasion skills when interacting with different stakeholders
- High degree of initiative and solution-oriented thinking
- Business-fluent German and English
