About the role

  • IT Team Leader developing IT infrastructure with a focus on cloud solutions and team development in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the IT team: You will lead, motivate and actively develop your team.
  • Technical support and further development of the IT infrastructure: Ensure smooth operations, maintenance and optimization of systems.
  • Project management and coordination: Lead and deliver IT projects from planning through to successful implementation.
  • Consulting and support for business units: Work closely with departments to align technical solutions with their needs.
  • New ways of working & collaboration: Work in virtual teams (SLS), promote international collaboration and implement agile methods such as Scrum and Kanban using Jira and/or Confluence.
  • Strategic responsibility: Increasing focus on compliance, cloud data protection, cost control and standardization.
  • Analysis and resolution of technical issues: Rapid and effective troubleshooting, including in complex, cross-company systems.
  • Implementation of new technologies and innovations: Evaluate and introduce forward-looking IT solutions in line with global standards.
  • Ensuring IT security and data protection: Monitor and enforce appropriate measures.
  • Communication with external service providers and partners: Coordinate and negotiate technical services, conduct service reviews, define KPIs and manage performance dashboards.

Requirements

  • Comprehensive IT expertise: You are well-versed in all areas of IT — from networking and cloud solutions to security systems.
  • Experience integrating into larger corporate or complex structures: You have successfully worked in large, multi-layered corporate environments.
  • Ability to seamlessly integrate into corporate structures, manage complex interfaces and coordinate collaboration with various departments and external partners.
