Responsibilities
- Own feature development end-to-end: scoping, building, shipping, iterating.
- Maintain and extend existing codebases with a focus on quality and speed.
- Use AI coding tools (Claude Code, Codex, or equivalent) as your primary development workflow.
- Flag gaps or ambiguity in requirements before they become problems.
- Read and interpret product metrics to understand how features are actually performing.
- Bring technical perspective to product discussions.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of full-stack development experience with shipped products (React Native on the frontend is required & Golang on the backend is preferred)
- Genuine, daily fluency with at least one AI coding tool
- Product curiosity
- Comfortable working in a small team with minimal process overhead
- Strongly preferred: Experience in gaming, consumer apps, or any product where user retention is the core metric.
