About the role

  • Associate/Lead Engineer delivering asset integrity services for industrial, transport and water sectors. Providing leadership and client engagement to extend the life of critical assets in Brisbane.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical leadership and project delivery across asset integrity engagements for critical infrastructure
  • Inspect, assess, repair, maintain and extend the life of complex infrastructure assets
  • Manage small to medium consulting projects, delivering strong commercial and client outcomes
  • Build and maintain trusted client relationships
  • Lead, mentor and develop a small team of engineers and scientists

Requirements

  • Chartered Engineer and RPEQ
  • 10+ years’ experience in asset integrity, reliability services, structural engineering and/or materials science
  • Strong expertise in structural engineering and/or materials science
  • Capable in project leadership and delivery
  • Client engagement and relationship management skills
  • Team leadership and mentoring skills
  • Commercial awareness and proposal development skills
