About the role
- Legal Counsel supporting rapid e-commerce growth for a German online pharmacy. Involves contract creation, legal research, and coordinating legal strategies.
Responsibilities
- Drafting and reviewing contracts, policies and legal documents, and conducting legal research — particularly in the areas of pharmaceuticals, marketing and data protection
- Legal assessment of marketing campaigns, product concepts and new business models
- Developing strategies to minimize legal risks and preparing relevant information for senior management
- Establishing efficient legal processes and coordinating external counsel
- Liaising with authorities, regulators, trade associations and non-profit organizations
Requirements
- Law degree or equivalent qualification — ideally with a focus on pharmaceutical law, advertising law or data protection/privacy law
- Experience in contract drafting, review and legal advisory services, preferably in the pharmaceutical, health or e‑commerce sectors
- Confident handling of authorities and external stakeholders, with strong communication and negotiation skills
- Structured, independent working style and ability to present complex legal issues clearly and concisely
