- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business, data, development) to ensure the delivery of end-to-end solutions.
- Ensure model quality, security, and governance standards.

- Support the development of strategic proofs of concept (POCs) and their evolution into production solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in software architecture and/or AI engineering.
- Demonstrated experience with Machine Learning, NLP, or generative AI.
- Proficiency in Python, API integration, and data pipelines.
- Advanced knowledge of Oracle databases and integration with enterprise systems.
- Experience deploying models to production (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, etc.).
- Experience with large-scale enterprise projects.
- Preferred:
- Experience with enterprise LLMs, RAG, and internal copilots.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Certifications in AI, Cloud, or Software Architecture.
- Experience working with federal public agencies.
