ERP Finance Functional Consultant supporting Oracle Financial modules in a hybrid role. Driving improvements and supporting finance users in daily tasks across European operations.
Responsibilities
Actively support finance users in daily tasks using Oracle Financial modules: Costing, GL, AP, AR and FA
Gather and analyse user requirements and design solution according to Oracle and company standards
Prepare Oracle standard documentation, including enhancement design and user guides for each new process or enhancement
Prepare and update setup documentation
Support the development and improvement of training materials for Oracle Financial modules
Conduct trainings for key users
Support Oracle team members in resolving issues related to Financial modules
Communicate with Oracle team members on the latest changes of the solution
Support users during regression testing cycles related to new rollout projects
Participate in Oracle rollout projects in Europe as functional expert of Oracle financial Modules
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in economics or accounting, additional IT studies is an advantage
3–5+ years of relevant experience in a similar role
Strong experience in implementing and supporting Oracle Financial modules (Oracle knowledge is essential)
Fluent English and fluent Hungarian
Good understanding of IFRS, cash management and consolidation
Good Excel skills and knowledge of other business software
Experience in a production environment
Occasional travel within Europe
