About the role
- Senior Data Analyst generating global headcount models for front-line sellers at Johnson Controls. Driving business growth through data flow analysis and stakeholder collaboration in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
- Generate headcount models for the number of front-line sellers needed globally across all domains.
- Drive business growth by identifying markets in need of hiring front line sellers and helping to set quotas globally.
- Exposure to many areas of the business and help identify key areas of data and process improvement.
- Work with key stakeholders to identify, source, and produce new lead workflows for our Commercial Sales business.
- Design and build data flows, queries, models, and effective data visualizations.
- Develop a holistic understanding of how data flows across HR Systems, CRM platforms, ERPs, and other source systems to the enterprise data platform.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g. Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Economics); or equivalent working experience.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency with Snowflake and PowerBI.
- Experience working with data generated from CRMs and/or ERPs.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce and Workday
- Ability to communicate well with both senior business leadership and technical partners.
- Ability to work in a global team environment.
