About the role

  • Key Account Manager building long-term partnerships for a healthcare fintech company in Munich. Ensuring customer satisfaction and contributing to company growth through collaboration and feedback.

Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for your own customer portfolio and ensure that our customers are satisfied and successful with Nelly over the long term.
  • As the central point of contact for users and decision-makers, you guide practices from onboarding through long-term use and develop sustainable customer relationships.
  • You handle inquiries via chat, email, phone and during on-site visits, identify cross- and up-sell opportunities, and implement targeted customer retention strategies.
  • In close collaboration with our product team, you bring in customer feedback and help to continuously improve Nelly.

Requirements

  • You have at least 1 year of professional experience working with B2B or B2C customers.
  • You have completed a bachelor’s degree or a vocational qualification.
  • You are a strong communicator, have German at C2 level and very good English skills.
  • You are motivated and enjoy working independently and with focus, while also collaborating with the team and with Nelly customers.
  • With your open personality, structured way of working and enthusiasm for problem solving, you are a great fit for Nelly.
  • Nice to have: experience in healthcare or finance.
  • Advantageous: knowledge of Salesforce (or similar CRM tools) and Asana (or similar project management tools).
