Responsibilities
You are responsible for your own customer portfolio and ensure that our customers are satisfied and successful with Nelly over the long term.
As the central point of contact for users and decision-makers, you guide practices from onboarding through long-term use and develop sustainable customer relationships.
You handle inquiries via chat, email, phone and during on-site visits, identify cross- and up-sell opportunities, and implement targeted customer retention strategies.
In close collaboration with our product team, you bring in customer feedback and help to continuously improve Nelly.
Requirements
You have at least 1 year of professional experience working with B2B or B2C customers.
You have completed a bachelor’s degree or a vocational qualification.
You are a strong communicator, have German at C2 level and very good English skills.
You are motivated and enjoy working independently and with focus, while also collaborating with the team and with Nelly customers.
With your open personality, structured way of working and enthusiasm for problem solving, you are a great fit for Nelly.
Nice to have: experience in healthcare or finance.
Advantageous: knowledge of Salesforce (or similar CRM tools) and Asana (or similar project management tools).
