Requirements
- Proven experience as a Finance Director, Head of Finance, or senior financial leader within a scaling or high-growth business
- Strong expertise in financial planning, forecasting, modelling, and commercial analysis
- Demonstrated success partnering with founders, CEOs, and leadership teams in a strategic capacity
- Experience improving profitability, driving efficiencies, and implementing scalable financial processes
- Strong understanding of cashflow management, financial controls, and operational finance
- Experience supporting multi-site, hospitality, wellness, fitness, leisure, or consumer-led businesses is highly desirable
- Track record of balancing strategic oversight with operational delivery in dynamic environments
