Responsibilities
- Lead strategic sourcing initiatives across multiple indirect categories aligned with global procurement strategy and business transformation goals.
- Develop and execute end-to-end sourcing strategies leveraging data analytics, AI-enabled tools, and supplier benchmarking.
- Collaborate with Legal, Finance, IT, HR, and business leaders to ensure contract compliance and ERP integration.
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, including performance management and continuous improvement.
- Support enterprise transformation efforts through cross-functional project coordination.
- Partner with stakeholders to negotiate and draft contracts, statements of work, and change orders.
- Mentor stakeholders by sharing sourcing and analytics best practices.
- Ensure ongoing monitoring and reporting of sourcing outcomes, savings, and supplier risks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred
- 8+ years of experience in procurement or strategic sourcing, with indirect category focus
- Experience supporting ERP or large-scale business transformation initiatives
- Strong strategic sourcing, negotiation, and supplier management experience
- Advanced analytical and digital procurement tool proficiency
- Familiarity with AI-enabled sourcing technologies
- Strong written, verbal, and stakeholder communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment
