Responsibilities
- Manage multiple customers and OSATs to meet their productivity and efficiency
- Communicate to customers for features or feedback
- Lead the team members to achieve the project goal and customer satisfaction

- Initiate the new hardware verify strategy to proactive catching the failure
- Moderate travel required, both within Asia and the US, to work with the larger engineering team and other customer service teams
Requirements
- Bachelor/master’s in EE engineering
- Experienced field application engineers in the semiconductor industry especially System Level Test is an advantage
- Familiar with FPGA, ARM microcontroller and peripherals interface SPI, I2C, UART etc.
- Experienced with analog high-speed signal would be advantage USB, PCIe etc.
- Good skills on statistical software tools such as Excel VBA and Power BI for complex data analysis and reports
- Knowledge of .NET framework, C# and Python script
- Familiar with network knowledge, DHCP, TFTP and TCP/IP socket communication
- Fluency in English is required
- Good attitude and Enthusiastic to work.
- Minimum 12 years working experience.
