Responsibilities
Manage multiple customers and OSATs to meet their productivity and efficiency
Communicate to customers for features or feedback
Lead the team members to achieve the project goal and customer satisfaction
Analyze data, provide root cause and solution to the customer timely
Coworking with other departments including customer and supplier
Conduct training courses for customers
Initiate new idea to enhance the services quality
Leverage succussed solutions from one to other areas
Initiate the new hardware verify strategy to proactive catching the failure
Moderate travel required, both within Asia and the US, to work with the larger engineering team and other customer service teams
Requirements
Bachelor/master’s in EE engineering
Experienced field application engineers in the semiconductor industry especially System Level Test is an advantage
Familiar with FPGA, ARM microcontroller and peripherals interface SPI, I2C, UART etc.
Experienced with analog high-speed signal would be advantage USB, PCIe etc.
Good skills on statistical software tools such as Excel VBA and Power BI for complex data analysis and reports
Knowledge of .NET framework, C# and Python script
Familiar with network knowledge, DHCP, TFTP and TCP/IP socket communication
Fluency in English is required
Good attitude and Enthusiastic to work.
Minimum 12 years working experience.
