Responsibilities
- The mission of the Safety & Env. Engineer is to prevent accidents and work-related illness, also meet the Environment Health and safety International Standards.
- Control of entry/exit of non-hazardous and hazardous waste.
- Accidents Preventions.
- Manage Ergonomic Programs.
- Safety and Environmental Audits Follow-up of Environmental & Hygiene quality Systems.
- To give support to Human Resources and other departments as required by supervisor.
- Fire Equipment control/review.
- To support EHS training Activities.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience on Safety, Environmental and Health NFPA Standards
- Professional career and/or position experience
- Knowledge of state, local environmental, health and safety regulations
- Evacuation plan NOM's and international regulations (e.g. EPA, IMS)
