About the role
- Senior Security Analyst leading the handling of escalated security incidents at Landis+Gyr. Mentoring analysts and collaborating on security threats mitigation in a hybrid environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead the handling of escalated security incidents and events
- Mentor and coach other security analysts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage mitigation of security threats
- Report on the status of security events
- Continuously review and assess security tooling and processes
- Recommend improvements and drive those improvements through to implementation
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Information Technology
- 4+ years of experience in IT Security / Information Security
- Security incident response processes and methodologies
- Knowledge of security standards and guidelines
- Advanced English (mandatory): ability to communicate fluently with global stakeholders, produce documentation and reports, and participate in meetings in English
- Security certifications (GIAC, ISC2/CISSP) preferred but not required
- Experience securing cloud environments
- Experience working with SIEM solutions
- Experience with ServiceNow SecOps module
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field preferred
