- Specialist in PingFederate, PingDirectory and PingID for IAM infrastructure management. Collaborating with teams for stable operation and development in Cotia.
Responsibilities
- Provide operational support for PingFederate, PingDirectory and PingID systems.
- Monitor system performance, ensuring high availability and reliability.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to authentication, directory services and identity management.
- Implement and maintain security policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate and optimize identity solutions.
- Perform system updates, patching and upgrades.
- Document system configurations, processes and procedures.
- Provide technical guidance and support to end users and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Advanced/Fluent English
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
- Proven experience with PingFederate, PingDirectory and PingID.
- Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) principles.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
- Experience with system monitoring and performance tuning.
- Knowledge of security, networking, authentication (AuthN) and authorization (AuthZ) protocols and best practices.
- Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, among others.
- Proficiency in Linux system administration and troubleshooting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Relevant certifications in PingFederate, PingDirectory or PingID.
