Responsibilities
Responsibility for product industrialisation projects: definition of production processes and equipment, implementation, software development, coordination of actions, etc.
Managing product industrialisation projects (new or modified).
Management of multi-disciplinary technical aspects: mechanical, electrical, electronic, software, etc.
Ensuring that R&D takes into account manufacturability and testability of products during development phase.
Drawing up and monitoring production schedule.
Managing resources and reporting on activities.
Coordination with NPI manager.
Write specifications for equipment and software for internal and external projects.
Requirements
Responsibility for product industrialisation projects: definition of production processes and equipment, implementation, software development, coordination of actions, etc.
Managing product industrialisation projects (new or modified) by taking responsibility for defining and coordinating activities, including:
Management of multi-disciplinary technical aspects: mechanical, electrical, electronic, software, etc.
Ensuring that R&D takes into account the manufacturability and testability of products during the development phase
Drawing up and monitoring a production schedule
Managing resources
Reporting on activities
Coordination with the NPI manager
Define processes, resources and operating methods
Write specifications for equipment and software for internal and external projects (service providers).
Studying workstations and layouts, drawing up electrical diagrams for equipment
Produce/commission equipment test programmes (C# language, SQL Server database)
Carrying out/monitoring the fine-tuning of the equipment
Select suppliers/service providers, negotiate contract terms and conditions and monitor the production of equipment and services
Ensure that equipment complies with standards, good practice and internal/external/legal guidelines
Drawing up or validating validation plans for production lines and drafting reports
Ensure coordination with other company departments (local and/or global LG)
