About the role
- Director leading the Project Management Centre of Excellence at Transport for NSW. Driving efficiency and best practices across Finance, Technology, and Commercial divisions projects.
Responsibilities
- Establish and lead the Project Management Centre of Excellence (CoE)
- Drive consistency, best practices, and performance across Finance, Technology, and Commercial divisions
- Build a team of Subject Matter Experts (SME’s)
- Develop and deploy processes and tools to support delivery of FTC projects
- Implement and embed a scalable digital assurance framework
- Provide training and coaching to support project tools and methodologies
- Support continuous improvement and capture lessons learnt
- Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with key stakeholders
Requirements
- Extensive experience in project delivery
- Proven record delivering results in complex, fast paced environments
- Successfully led teams through change
- Created centres of excellence
- Aligned frameworks and fostered collaboration
- Tertiary qualifications, including in P3M3
