Responsibilities
- join the Roads Maintenance & Resilience Branch as the Senior Manager Resilience Design
- shape the future of resilient transport infrastructure
- lead the integration of resilience principles across the full asset lifecycle
- develop, implement, and maintain policy, standards, and technical frameworks
- act as the principal liaison and subject matter expert
- provide expert advice on resilience policy and investment prioritization
- foster cross-agency collaboration and knowledge sharing
- mentor and develop a small technical team
Requirements
- expertise in resilience design and infrastructure across transport networks
- ability to collaborate with technical, policy, and operational stakeholders across state and local government
