Responsibilities
Define and implement global category strategies for Insights & Analytics and Design & Artwork
Lead all negotiations and strategies with a TCO lens, ensuring contracts deliver sustainable cost efficiencies, quality of service, and innovation beyond initial savings
Drive the Joint Business planning process in collaboration with the business
Lead high-value negotiations with legal, financial, and operational complexity
Actively partner with senior business leaders to challenge demand, shape outsourcing strategies, and ensure procurement is embedded at the earliest stages of decision-making
Drive initiatives such as supplier innovation, simplification of supplier base, and optimization
Leverage digital procurement tools to enable value delivery, visibility, compliance, and speed in sourcing decisions
Active member of the Spend Control Tower process to review and manage demand, ensuring right sourcing process, risk mitigation, and compliance
Requirements
Proven experience in strategic procurement and transformation leadership within marketing, ideally at a global level
Comfortable leading large, complex negotiations with global partners
Strong understanding of commercial models, contract structures, and risk mitigation in marketing
Demonstratable ability to influence and partner with senior leadership across multiple functions
Experience in successful partnering with large external suppliers to deliver outcomes
Strong interpersonal skills – able to communicate, build rapport, and influence at all levels
Comfortable managing multiple priorities and adapting negotiation styles to achieve outcomes
Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on deal execution
Experience working in a multinational environment with cross-border stakeholder management
Creative problem-solver with a continuous improvement mindset
Excellent knowledge of marketing and its emerging trends.
