build and embed internal and enterprise-wide change management capability
ensure the delivery of expert change advisory services and best practice support
serve as the primary gateway for change support
oversee the development and ongoing management of the enterprise change heatmap
develop and implement change management approaches that enhance branch capability
lead and manage the Community of Practice (CoP) and Centre of Excellence (COE) for change management
Requirements
experienced, driven and customer-centric change professional
track record delivering large-scale transformational programs
demonstrated experience in the development and management of a change management Centre of Excellence and Community of Practice
extensive change management experience, including designing and implementing change capability frameworks, learning materials, and programs
providing coaching and learning support to executives, senior leaders, and teams
strong background in enterprise change reporting, heat mapping, and change resource mapping
advanced coaching and facilitation skills
experience in delivering a range of engagement activities
executive-level stakeholder management skills
experience leading change programs in high-reliability or high-risk environments
tertiary qualifications in change management, organisational psychology, organisational development, business, human resources, or a related discipline
professional change management certification (e.g. Prosci®, Change Management Institute Accreditation, or equivalent) is highly regarded
