Responsibilities
- Deliver the governance, development, continual improvement and assurance of Transport for NSW’s Asset Management Policy and Framework
- Lead the sustainment, deployment and uplift of Transport’s asset management systems, frameworks and capability
- Ensure alignment with ISO 55001, NSW Treasury requirements, and whole of life asset management best practice
- Drive enterprise wide consistency, efficiency, capability uplift and compliance within a large, complex transport environment undergoing significant transformation

- Expert stakeholder, governance and asset management capabilities
- Experience in asset intensive organisations, engineering environments, government infrastructure programs or complex service delivery systems
- Strategic thinker and influential leader with skilled collaboration, negotiation and driving asset management improvements
- Experience in policy assurance, audit and certification oversight, lifecycle planning, capability uplift, and leading multidisciplinary teams within complex organisational settings.
