About the role

  • Immigration Administrator at a Corporate Service Provider in Swatar, Malta. Managing client portfolios and assisting with immigration and relocation processes in a hybrid role.

Responsibilities

  • Providing support to the immigration team
  • Keeping clients’ files up to date and issuing invoices as needed
  • Assisting a portfolio of clients with their daily enquiries, including compliance and KYC
  • Attending client meetings
  • Taking ownership of various processes, including permits and special residence programmes

Requirements

  • A-Level standard of education
  • 1+ year of experience in a similar role
  • Fluency in English at a C2/Native level, both written and spoken
  • Customer-first mindset
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong multitasking skills; organised with a keen eye for detail
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
  • Willingness to learn
