About the role

  • Project Manager overseeing payroll system implementation with global outsourcing partner. Leading cross-functional teams and stakeholder engagement for project success.

Responsibilities

  • Engage stakeholders in all required business departments
  • Develop and manage project plans, program and steering committee reporting
  • Track project benefit realization, forecast and track costs
  • Organize, plan and manage parallel workstreams
  • Coordinate payroll vendor/system integrator
  • Proactively identify and mitigate dependencies and risks
  • Partner with business leads on adoption planning
  • Ensure deliverables meet requirements and quality standards

Requirements

  • 5+ years in project management in complex, cross-functional environments
  • Solid experience with time reporting systems
  • Practical knowledge of payroll systems global
  • Ability to interpret collective agreements, local agreements, and legislation
  • Basic technical understanding, strong system orientation
  • Understanding of API functionality, data mapping, and integrations
