Senior Financial Analyst supporting North America Inventory team at Johnson & Johnson. Partnering with finance and supply chain for effective inventory management and compliance.
Responsibilities
Partnering with IMSC Finance and other parts of the supply chain organization to provide insights to inventory movements into and out of the NA region of IMSC sites.
Understanding the flow of inventory through our FIFA and JOM models for NA Inventory.
Leading intercompany workstreams to ensure P&L and balance sheet accuracy.
Working closely with internal audit, PWC, and tax, and leveraging WWPs to maintain compliance for existing and future processes.
Maintain close working relationships with adjacent PIC teams (AGP, Global Inventory, CMO) to partner on interdependent handoffs and deliverables.
Preparing and booking necessary journal entries and performing balance sheet reconciliations.
Requirements
A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required, preferably with a major in Accounting or Finance.
MBA, CPA, CMA, or other financial certifications are preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance or accounting roles is required.
Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data is required.
Proficiency in MS Excel is required.
Experience with SAP, Alteryx, Tableau, and similar platforms is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
Excellent ability to stay organized and maintain attention to detail is required.
