About the role

Responsibilities
- Develop and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to equipment reliability, including planned vs. unplanned work, MTBF, cost metrics, and equipment failure rates
- Administer Predictive Maintenance (PdM) programs such as infrared thermography, vibration analysis, and oil monitoring
- Conduct root cause analyses on equipment and process failures, identifying actionable solutions
- Engage with maintenance teams, leadership, and clients to understand operational needs and provide data-driven recommendations
- Utilize BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) to create dashboards and reports that visualize maintenance performance and key metrics
- Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities, inspections, and third-party contractor work
- Assist in developing condition-based strategies for critical assets including AHUs, chillers, boilers, and air compressors to improve uptime and efficiency
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Industrial preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering roles with a focus on Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM), Predictive Maintenance (PdM), and asset management
- Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance strategies across HVAC, chiller plants, air compressors, boilers, and similar systems
- Experience with root cause analysis methodologies (5 Whys, Fishbone, Failure Modes and Effects Analysis, Equipment Criticality Ranking, etc.)
- Familiarity with predictive technologies: vibration analysis, thermography, oil analysis, ultrasound
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to communicate across technical and non-technical audiences
