About the role

  • Senior Project Manager overseeing furniture projects for JLL, collaborating with teams to manage work orders and inventory. Ensuring project schedules and budgets are maintained across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

  • Meet weekly with regional team to review outstanding work orders and active projects
  • Respond to client requests within 24 hours
  • Maintain schedule and budget updates on projects
  • Manage, coordinate, and track Work Orders within your region
  • Conduct initial inventory intake for existing and future clubs
  • Prepare and issue assessment reports to Delta for review and approval
  • Review yearly assessment schedule with Program Lead
