Sales Specialist seeking new hotel partners for the Grupo JCA, a Brazilian transport company. Responsible for negotiating partnerships, onboarding, and driving value in the marketplace.
Responsibilities
Actively source new hotel partners (hotels, resorts and guesthouses) to join the marketplace, focusing on filling inventory gaps and increasing the value offering;
Negotiate commercial terms, partnership conditions and inventory quotas, aiming for mutually beneficial agreements;
Lead the onboarding process and initial relationship with new partners, ensuring offers go live quickly and efficiently;
Design, plan and orchestrate commercial actions and exclusive promotional campaigns (e.g., flash sales, themed campaigns, lightning deals);
Act as a liaison between the Commercial team and Marketing, Digital, CRM and BI (Business Intelligence) to ensure integrated execution of initiatives;
Collaborate with Marketing/Digital to create briefs and communication materials (email marketing, banners, posts) to promote offers;
Ensure partner offers and inventory are properly prioritized and communicated through CRM channels;
Monitor and analyze the sales funnel at all stages (traffic, conversion, sales and revenue), identifying bottlenecks and improvement opportunities;
Monitor and report the marketplace's main KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), ensuring sales and margin targets are met;
Propose and implement platform and user experience improvements in collaboration with the Product/Technology team;
Analyze competitors and market trends in travel and marketplaces to ensure a competitive value proposition;
Generate insights from sales and customer behavior data to inform strategic planning and commercial decision-making.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Tourism or related fields;
Knowledge of the hotel ecosystem and its operational and commercial challenges;
Proven experience in Commercial, Sales, Business Development or Key Account Management roles;
Solid experience with Marketplaces, E-commerce or Travel/Hospitality platforms (OTA - Online Travel Agency);
Experience analyzing sales funnels and the performance of e-commerce/digital platforms.
