About the role

Responsibilities
- Competent point of contact for internal legal queries
- Further development of a functional contract management system (initial focus on procurement law)
- Review of supply chain due diligence and implementation of the requirements of the German Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LkSG)
- Contract management, drafting and structuring of agreements
- Development of contract standards using Legal Tech solutions
- Legal monitoring, i.e., tracking current case law and communicating updates
- Reviewing the legal permissibility of local and global marketing and advertising activities
- Independently managing litigation
- Selection and management of external law firms
- Providing legal support and training for employees
- Collaboration in the areas of Corporate Governance, Legal Affairs and Compliance
Requirements
- Admission as a fully qualified lawyer (Volljurist) or equivalent qualification
- Initial professional experience in a law firm or the legal department of a company
- Broad legal expertise and a desire for continuous professional development in new areas of law
- Strategic thinking and an understanding of finance
- German and English proficiency, both written and spoken, are required
- Interest in Legal Tech developments
