- Consulting in customer projects on all aspects related to SAP HCM and SuccessFactors
- Analyzing customer-specific HR requirements

- Close collaboration with our developers on technical aspects
Requirements
- Degree in (business) computer science, a natural science, training as an application developer, or equivalent professional experience
- Professional experience in consulting or as an end user with SAP HCM or SuccessFactors EC/ECP
- Interest in diving deeper into the SAP environment and understanding code better (this helps to solve problems)
- You enjoy solving puzzles and aim to deliver the best solution to customers
- Ability to work independently while also being a team player
- Very good German and good English skills
- Some willingness to travel – business trips are infrequent but do occur :)
