About the role
- SAP expert designing and developing SAP user roles within HCM modules for a public sector client at VSP Consulting. Implementing permission concepts and ensuring quality in an agile team.
Responsibilities
- Implementation, design and (further) development of SAP authorizations in the SAP modules HCM (PY, PA, OM, PE, LSO, PT), FI/CO, MM and SD
- Confident use of tools such as PFCG, SUIM, SU01 and performing table-level analysis in the context of SAP roles & authorizations
- Conceptual design, planning and project support
- Quality assurance: testing and evaluating developed SAP roles & authorizations
- Preparation of requirement specifications and solution documentation
- Creation of feasibility analyses
- Error analysis and remediation
- Collaboration within an agile team
Requirements
- Very deep and long-standing experience in functional and technical analysis of SAP roles & authorizations, including in the SAP HCM module (PY, PA, OM, PT)
- Design and development of security processes related to SAP roles & authorizations and user management
- SAP Fiori including SAP Fiori Library and Fiori Launchpad
- Design of SAP HCM roles and authorizations in both backend and SAP Fiori environments
- Excellent knowledge of common SAP tables for analysis
- Classic and structural authorizations in the HCM environment
- Experience with audits and management of critical authorizations
- Creation and development of SAP role and authorization concepts
- Quality assurance of SAP roles and authorizations with respect to employee types/functions
- First-, second- and third-level support in the SAP authorization environment
- Clean police clearance certificate (no criminal convictions)
- Solution-oriented approach
- Good German language skills, both written and spoken
