Requirements
- 3 years of experience in applied AI (PhD, laboratory research)
- 3 years of experience in Data Science (AI-focused)
- Proficiency with machine learning and deep learning methods
- Knowledge of AI model optimization techniques: hyperparameter tuning, regularization techniques, selection of the most relevant features
- Ability to work in a team
- Project management skills

- Strong communication skills with external stakeholders; political awareness
- Ability to rationalize needs and design reusable solutions
