Responsibilities
- Leverage advanced statistical methods, machine learning, and LLMs to create data products
- Design, develop, and deploy statistical models and machine learning algorithms
- Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies
- Build predictive and classification models to forecast key metrics
- Design and execute experiments, including A/B tests
- Develop AI agents and NLP solutions to solve business problems
- Partner with various teams to understand business requirements and deliver insights
- Present findings and recommendations to business users and senior leadership
- Stay current with advancements in AI and data science methodologies
Requirements
- Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related quantitative field
- 3+ years of professional experience in data science
- IP-respectful portfolio of work examples
- Hands-on experience with large-scale datasets using Snowflake and Databricks
- Proficient in SQL and Python
- Skilled in LLM prompt engineering and integrating LLM APIs
- Expertise with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch)
- Experience with MLflow, feature stores, and feature evaluation tools
- Strong understanding of experiment design, A/B testing, and causal inference methodologies
- Experience with containerization and deployment tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
- Comfortable with version/source control (e.g., Git)
