Responsibilities
- Consulting & Implementation: Strategic introduction and integration of Microsoft 365 Collaboration services (SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Viva) as well as Copilot and the Power Platform into existing IT landscapes.
- Shaping the Modern Workplace: Analysis of business processes and development of tailored solutions for the workplace of the future.
- Driving Innovation: Identifying opportunities within the M365 environment and implementing scalable cloud solutions.
- Trusted Advisor: Point of contact for technical and business-related questions around Microsoft 365.
- Project Ownership: Supporting our clients throughout the entire project lifecycle.
- Teamwork: Close collaboration with our interdisciplinary teams and building sustainable, equal-footing customer relationships.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in technology consulting with a focus on Microsoft 365 Collaboration (SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Viva), Copilot and the Power Platform.
- Solid understanding of Microsoft Cloud and Modern Workplace concepts.
- Experience in analyzing business processes and aligning them with the Microsoft portfolio.
- Strong communication skills, customer focus and confident presence up to executive level.
- Self‑initiative, team orientation and enthusiasm for knowledge sharing.
- Very good German language skills and good English skills.
