Requirements
1–3 years of experience in a client-facing B2B role within IT / services (Customer Success, HRBP, Recruiter, Account Coordination, Delivery Support, Client Operations, etc.)
Experience managing multiple clients or stakeholders in parallel
Hands-on exposure to: Client communication & status calls, Escalation handling, Performance follow-up or people coordination
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to handle difficult conversations with guidance
