About the role
- CyberArk Consultant responsible for implementing Privileged Access Management systems. Collaborating with clients on projects for secure digital environments at ISH.
Responsibilities
- Implement Privileged Access Management (PAM) systems;
- Support client and project team engagement, from deployment through testing and acceptance, across concurrent projects;
- Create and document blueprints, build backlogs and ensure artifact integrity;
- Participate in kickoff, closing, daily and other ceremonies;
- Configure PAM tools such as CyberArk;
- Provide technical support to the team for specific questions, share best practices, and deliver training and enablement related to PAM solutions.
Requirements
- Experience installing, configuring and maintaining the CyberArk PAM platform (Vault, PVWA, CPM, PSM, PTA, PSMP, CyberArk HTML5).
- Management of vaults, privileged accounts, credentials and secure sessions.
- Monitoring, troubleshooting and applying patches/upgrades to the solution.
- Integration of CyberArk with directories (AD/LDAP), SIEM solutions, ticketing systems and MFA.
- Configuration of connectors and plugins for target systems (Windows, Unix/Linux, Databases, Applications, Cloud).
- Automation of access workflows and password rotation via REST APIs and scripts (PowerShell, Python, etc.).
- Definition and enforcement of security policies for privileged accounts.
- Implementation of least-privilege access controls.
- Experience in PAM deployment, expansion and improvement projects.
- Incident response, log analysis and second/third-level support.
- Technical documentation and training for users and operations teams.
- Nice to have:
