About the role

• Fullstack Software Developer at isento developing tailored cloud applications for business processes. Collaborating in a cross-functional team with technologies like Java and Angular in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

• In a cross-functional team you will develop a cloud application to digitize core business processes in the area of billing and invoicing.
• You are responsible for the entire software lifecycle — from concept and development through testing to deployment and monitoring.
• Clear, readable code, unit and integration tests, code reviews, knowledge sharing, and pair programming are as much part of your day-to-day work as designing new features and coordinating with stakeholders.
• In your project work you will use technologies such as Angular, Java, Spring Boot, Apache Kafka, PostgreSQL, object stores, GitHub Actions and cloud technologies.
• You will actively contribute, develop your own ideas and drive topics forward with responsibility and foresight.

Requirements

• You have strong expertise in Angular and Spring Boot.
• Software development is your passion.
• You have several years of professional experience in software projects and understand what is required for scalable, maintainable solutions.
• Knowledge of GitHub Actions, Apache Kafka, accessibility (inclusive design), Spring Boot and cloud technologies is a plus.
• Crucial is your willingness to learn and work with new technologies.
• You are curious, seek collaboration and share your knowledge so the team can learn and grow together.
• Good German language skills (at least B2) enable confident communication within the team and with stakeholders.
