About the role

  • Participate in planning interventions on electrical assets at ISA ENERGIA BRASIL, enhancing safety and efficiency in power transmission network.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in preparing intervention plans for assets, aiming for maximum efficiency and productivity while respecting the safety of people and the electrical system
  • Contribute to the development of shutdown strategies for project and maintenance interventions, considering aspects such as: incidence of Variable Portion (PV), PRODIST (distribution procedure), ANEEL regulatory resolutions that define minimum maintenance requirements, network procedures, risks and resource optimization
  • Contribute to power flow electrical studies by creating scenarios that provide optimal solutions for asset intervention plans (tactical horizon of 4 years and operational horizon of 1.5 years)
  • Support the evaluation of field scenarios, seeking to enable intervention strategies and proposing innovations
  • Participate in the development of action plans and engage in discussions with ONS/ANEEL regarding the impacts of regulatory changes on asset intervention strategy
  • Support the preparation of the annual and multi-year OPEX budget, which will serve as input for maintenance activities execution
  • Participate in consolidating the asset renewal plan to be delivered to the Projects Directorate, supporting the review of ISA ENERGIA BRASIL's TOTEX criteria
  • Provide support in preparing preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance plans for assets, including activities, timing and frequencies most suitable for operational processes
  • Support reporting of the Maintenance Plan to ONS through the Maintenance Monitoring System
  • Support the implementation of solutions to make the maintenance and project planning and scheduling process more efficient
  • Comply with and enforce regulations, policies, instructions and internal and external regulations; participate in awareness programs on anti-corruption, anti-bribery and compliance topics, occupational health, hygiene and safety standards, quality management systems and environmental preservation, as well as the use of PPE/CPE (personal protective equipment / collective protective equipment) when activities require it
  • Drive vehicles when necessary, provided the employee is properly licensed and authorized, as a required condition for performing job duties; and perform other duties inherent to the role or assigned by the immediate supervisor, provided the employee is qualified and the tasks are consistent with their knowledge and experience, among other responsibilities relevant to the area

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronic, Civil or Mechanical Engineering and registration with CREA in the field of study or related areas. Preferred: specialization, MBA or postgraduate degree in Power Systems
  • Solid knowledge in: concepts related to power flow studies; network procedures and sector regulations; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and SAP
  • Desirable: knowledge of Power BI
