About the role
- Controller for managing finance operations in the IRS Group, a leading automotive service provider. Handle budgeting, performance analysis, and participate in transformation initiatives in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Country-level controlling: Responsible for one or more national subsidiaries, including forecast, budget and performance analyses
- Monthly reporting: Consolidation and analysis of monthly results, development of KPIs, presentation to the CFO and Group Management
- Business partner: Sparring partner for country and site leaders on financial and operational matters
- Transformation program: Active participation in the group-wide performance and efficiency program, including PMO support
- Process improvement: Support standardization, reporting automation and the implementation of digital tools (including LucaNet, BI and ERP environments)
- Contribute to presentations for shareholders and banks
- Special projects: Independently and collaboratively design and implement change projects
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration (Finance/Controlling) or an equivalent qualification
- Some or extensive professional experience in controlling, ideally in a multi-site or service environment
- Strong affinity for numbers, analysis and structured ways of working
- Strong communication skills in German and English – confident in interactions up to executive management level
- Enjoys change, pragmatic with a hands-on mentality
