Responsibilities
Oversee daily security staff and the regional Security Operations Center—including remote Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) monitoring—to ensure effective incident management and alarm response.
Partner with cross-functional teams and field leadership to influence the collection of information required to obtain compliance with industry best practices and internal safety policies.
Develop Management Reporting and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and provide root-cause analysis that improves existing security processes and documentation.
Requirements
Several years of experience in program management roles or equivalent experience on a corporate or government security team.
Strong knowledge of physical security and risk management, specifically related to process design and the ability to function as both a leader and an individual contributor.
Proven ability in stakeholder management, with a track record of building professional networks to drive efficient incident resolution and regulatory adherence.
Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree (or equivalent); professional certifications such as Certified Protection Professional (CPP), Professional Certified Investigator (PCI), or Physical Security Professional (PSP) are preferred.
