About the role
- System Engineer (E&I) optimizing process automation for RIFT's sustainable heating technology. Supporting pilot systems in Arnhem and Helmond, ensuring operational efficiency and technical improvements.
Responsibilities
- Ondersteunen van beide pilotsystemen (Arnhem & Helmond).
- Ontwikkelen en implementeren technische verbeteringen aan de installatie, aan de hand van onder andere testdata- en bevindingen.
- Optimaliseren van procesautomatisering en besturingssystemen.
- Eerste lijn support voor het operations team en storingen oplossen, op zowel testdagen als onderhoudsdagen.
- Installeren, onderhouden en afstellen van sensoren en meet- en regelapparatuur.
- Opstellen van onderhoudsplannen- en procedures om de installaties zo efficiënt mogelijk te laten werken.
- Houdt de restpuntenlijst voor troubleshooting en verbeteringen bij, prioriteert acties en wijst ze toe aan collega’s.
- Coördineert en beheert MoC-processen met betrekking tot aanpassingen aan installaties en werkprocedures.
- Werken aan veiligheidsstudies (HAZOP, LOPA, SIL) om veiligheidsrisico’s te identificeren en te beperken.
Requirements
- MBO/HBO werk- en denkniveau in Elektrotechniek, Meet- en Regeltechniek of Besturingstechniek, bij voorkeur in de warmte-, energieproductie-, (petro)chemische of vergelijkbare industrie.
- Kennis of affiniteit met industriële automatisering en procesinstallaties.
- Ervaring met onderhoud, troubleshooting en procesoptimalisatie.
- Werkt graag in een dynamische, innovatieve omgeving, met jouw hands-on mentaliteit waarin je het leuk vindt om problemen te analyseren en op te lossen.
- Hebt ervaring met Management of Change (MoC) processen.
- Hebt sterke leiderschapsvaardigheden en kunt onder druk prioriteiten stellen.
- Bent bereid om zowel in Arnhem als Helmond te werken, waarbij de focus ligt op locatie Arnhem.
