- 有质量管理经验优先,熟练使用通用量检具,一定的质量管理体系知识,比如ISO9000, TS/IATF16949 等;熟悉常用质量工具的应用,比如 APQP, Control Plan, PFMEA, MSA,PPAP,SPC 等;
- 熟练使用CAD,Solid Cast等绘图软件及Office等办公软件
- 铸造工程师或质量工程师证书
- 泵类生产经验优先
- 英语能适应书面沟通
